The MTP attach-point vocabulary: hand/foot/head/waist/chest slots in A/B/C tiers, plus MTP_CQC, MTP_CAMERA_A, MTP_VEHICLE_ROOT, MTP_HORSE_ROOT. This is what .mtp binds to. There is no mirror/flip flag here — L and R are separate named points (MTP_LHAND_A vs MTP_RHAND_A), not one point with a side bit.
